⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

• 100% Digital Services: SpeedX Hosting LLC provides digital infrastructure, management, and technical services exclusively. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products, hardware, or parcel boxes to physical addresses.

• Verification & Setup: All activations are manually processed by our staff level technical team to maintain network integrity. Clients must log in using the unique credentials established during their initial account sign-up; secondary access passwords are not transmitted.

Fulfillment and Delivery Policy (Digital Downloads & Custom Demand Policy)

Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download.

• Immediate Prompts: If prompted to begin immediately, your completion of the download constitutes delivery to you of the item(s) purchased.

• Email Instructions: If you receive an e-mail with instructions, the receipt of that e-mail constitutes delivery by us to you of the item(s) purchased.

• Fulfillment Disputes: If you are unable to download or do not receive the instructional e-mail, you must contact us within 24 hours (1 day) from your order date. If you do not contact us within this 24-hour window, the item(s) will be considered successfully received, downloaded, and delivered.

Fulfillment and Delivery Policy (For Services)

Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased.

SpeedX Hosting LLC delivers all infrastructure, management, and technical services electronically via professional, manual staff-level provisioning:

• Web Hosting & Account Activation: To maintain network integrity and prevent server abuse, accounts are manually reviewed, configured, and activated by our staff technical team within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Upon activation, we do not transmit secondary access credentials; users must log in using the unique credentials established during their initial account sign-up to access their client portal and hosting environments.

• Domain Registrations: Domain names are submitted to registries immediately upon payment approval. Global network propagation and registration finalization can take up to 48 hours or more, depending strictly on the respective top-level registrar and root DNS authority routing schedules.

• Website Migrations: Migrations are manually performed and finalized within 24 to 48 hours, or more, as agreed in your service contract. Delays beyond this window are typically due to incorrect, incomplete, or unverified access credentials supplied from your old hosting provider, or secondary miscommunications. We kindly request your full information, transparency, and cooperation with our technical desk to ensure a seamless data transfer.

• Web Development: Custom programming, wireframe layouts, and structural design implementations are executed in sequential phases. Milestone delivery dates are specified directly within your custom design brief or initial service contract.

• SEO & Geo-Targeting Services: Search engine optimization and local geo-targeting strategy implementations begin within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of your target keywords and business access data. Detailed campaign progress reports are delivered monthly until your contractual commitment period officially ends.

The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services, electronic activation of the systems, or hand-off of technical project access.
